The philosophy behind Bholu is about creating products that we love and live with, while benefiting communities we work with along the way. By using their traditional skills, the artisans gain an income, hence independence and opportunity.

Bholu is a Fair Trade and Climate Neutral Company and part proceeds go back to the women and their communities, along with funding education facilities and other programs for underprivileged children.

SHIPPING & COSTS FOR AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping is calculated by weight. We have 4 basic categories:

0 - 0.5kg  $7.00
0.5 - 3kg  $12.00
3 - 5kg    $15.00
5 - 10kg   $25.00

As rugs are heavy and bulky items and must be handled and transported with care, courier freight charges are as below:

35kg – 45 kg $38.50
45kg – 55 kg $57.20
55kg – 70 kg $78.10
70kg and over $105.00

DELIVERY FOR AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Small items are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. Larger items will be shipped via courier and will need to be signed for. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after order has been dispatched. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
Small items are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post. Larger items will be shipped via international courier and are all quoted once the order is place. All international items will need to be signed for. We will select the most economical method of shipping for your order and will pack as tightly as possible to reduce the shipping charges. The purchaser is responsible for any duty or charges if incurred. Freight will be quoted on application of order.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, return items in unused condition with all original packaging within 7 days of purchase with receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us via email (contactus@bholu.com) for your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Shipping will not be reimbursed and all custom orders and sale items are a final sale. We reserve the right to impose a 10% Restocking Fee and we are not responsible for Customs / Duties and/or Taxes incurred on orders shipped outside of the Australia. All International Orders will incur additional shipping fees.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for refund, return or exchange, please choose carefully. Colours may vary between computer screens. If you are unsure or are concerned about slight variances in colour please do not purchase sale items as these cannot be returned. The colours on the website are represented as best as possible but we cannot be held responsible for wrong choices or incorrect colour variances between computer screens.
